The Andalusi Music by Amin Chaachoo | 8

Structures of the Andalusian theme II. External forms - Nawba. If the internal structure of the Andalusi song provides the nucleus of the melodic modality, the external structure provides the internal connections that give the characteristic form of the Andalusi song. A logical connection is also established between the different songs, forming what is known as the Nawba. Other external elements, such as the mawwal, enrich the external structure of the Andalusi song and of the repertoire. Musical microcosm and macrocosm as a mirror of the Andalusi intellect in its musical manifestation.

After more than 30 years of experience as a professional dancer, teacher, producer and entrepreneur, I've realised I now need to spread all the knowledge these experiences have given me, using technology to reach as much people as I can, to keep sharing my passion and helping others develop and grow their dance careers as well. That's why I created Nesma Academy, a unique space to learn, discover, and enjoy everything related to dance.
