TAQSIM PERFORMANCE CLASS Part 2
Exploring impoant ideas for learning to interpret a Taqsim
In this class, we will continue with the Taqsim, specifically exploring ideas for improvising the Taqsim, focusing on the conscious use of arms and hands, incorporating pauses and poses, and contrasting with the melody, as well as the freedom not to strictly adhere to it. We will perform various exercises to practice and learn, and in each one we will introduce a new idea to implement. Although the video seems to cut off towards the end, the class concludes at that point.
